But hopefully it's enough to catch the monster's attention at least? She tries yelling some more, to draw it away from the wall,]

[Honestly, the boy is squirming out of her claws again immediately, before they get more than ten feet away - hits the ground running and darts in from behind. He slashes at the tendom on the back of this massive leg, hitting with an 8 for 5 damage, trying to get its attention away from the wall]

[You can feel it in your lungs when it shrieks with pain, its leg crumpling up under it.]

[It turns to look at you and honestly it's... starting to look kind of tired. One eye is gone, and it has a big slice in its throat from a metal playing card, and blood sluices down its back. It's breathing hard, but it rallies and swats at Hurricane with its enormous paw. 8 damage if it connects]

[This time, before the monster can send anybody flying, Nemesis is there, knocking her morning star into the paw just enough to knock it off course and prevent a direct hit. Its claws still slash at them, but surely for only half as much damage as it would otherwise.

More importantly, as the paw swipe goes wide, it leaves Hurricane with an opening (13 defend)]

[Blue Eyes is still busy wheeling around from having been in escape mode with a boy; with a 6, she doesn't make it back in time to get a hit in]

[The attack to its leg trips it up, and it stumbles, crashing hard to the ground right in front of Izanagi. He lifts his gun and shoots it right between the eyes, and its roar of anger is cut short, slowing to a gurgle as its enormous body falls sideways. It hits the parking lot cobblestones with an earthshaking crash, and finally, it is still.]
