Probably the lights. Intensity and Izumi went down there, but there are five that are out and there probably isn't enough time for them to do them all before sundown.

[He steps closer, holding a hand out but pausing before he touches Cobalt's shoulder.]

[He examines him a moment, then steps in and pulls him into a tight hug, as warm as he can make it.]

[He's kind of... stiff? Awkward? As if he heard about hugs second hand but never saw one performed before. He does hold him back, though. He's trying.]
