[ The plant stands on stilts in the middle of an enormous crater. From the walls of the crater are huge spears of crystallized metal. They glow blue, and are wreathed in shimmering blue plasma that ripples and coils like slow-motion fire. The light from the crystals is enough to bathe the apartment in its soft glow. ]
[ The "balcony" is tiny, barely large enough for a line of potted plants. Nothing grows here, though. Instead, there's a tidy pile of meteor shards: two red, two green, one blue, and two yellow. There are two swords leaning against the railing. They’re a bit dull, but they’ll cut if you mean it.]
[Oh, she hopes Ren-chan is going to be okay in there. It looks really perilous, though the rippling glow is pretty.
[The balcony is too small to come out onto, but she's going to pick up as many shards and swords as she can comfortably carry. Maybe this is beginning to sound like overkill, but she doesn't know how many of them they're going to need. Better to be safe than sorry, she supposes.]
[All right, she's going to take the crossbow as well. Nobody said how many weapons were too many weapons.
[She likes the photos! but resolves to teach Cobalt how to up his selfie game in the future. A good selfie stick would be a start. Even so, it's still nice to see him, to get some clearer idea of what his life was meant to be like, before he was ripped from it.
[Then...
[She hesitates, and reaches for her lantern. She places it down on the table, and rests her hands on its lid.]
This place... it's important to you, isn't it, Cobalt-san?
Re: Apartment
[You take a deep breath and you feel your max HP increase by one.]
Re: Apartment
[She should probably go and investigate what's making that light. Is there another shard here?]
Re: Apartment
[ You can see the power plant from here. ]

Re: Apartment
[Now what?]
Re: Apartment
[She wants to look at the photo album.
[She wants to see the faces of Cobalt's friends.]
Re: Apartment
[Most of the books are detective novels, tattered and old. You do find one photo album and it is full of
seriously the worst pictures you've ever seen.
it looks like they were all taken while the camera was being literally thrown from one person to another. This is a bunch of trash, frankly.]
[But someone liked them enough to keep, it seems.]

Re: Apartment
[And now, with this lantern, you know it's full of a little bit more.]
