Those lanterns are powerful. They can be used to reinforce an area in case something breaks through.
Their radius is limited, though. Those flood lights on the wall will be our first line of defense.
There are five lights to the south that need to be plugged in, and weapons and shards that need to be gathered. Anything you choose to do will be valuable. There isn't much time, so it may be helpful to divide the tasks between us to get them all done by sundown.
Well, I don't know a lot about machinery. If that's even what lights are. But I'm fast, so maybe I could go for the - the shards, or something? So long as there's nobody else you think would be better suited, I mean.
I'll do that. Oh, um, would it be wise to keep my bow out? I don't want to look like I'm picking a fight, but I don't want to risk being caught off-guard, either.
There isn't anything truly dangerous within these walls, and I'm trying to keep it that way. My apartment is safe. You'll be just fine, nobody will bother you.
Okay then. I'll be back as soon as I can--oh, one last thing. Will I know what I'm looking for when I see it? I don't want to go all the way there and then waste everyone's time searching.

Re: "Cobalt"?
The lights are as simple as plugging them back in, just like plugging a lamp into an extension cord. Because. That's what it is.
Collecting the weapons and shards would also be very useful, though.
North of here, you can find stockpiles of both at either my apartment or at the Power Plant.
Re: "Cobalt"?
[Well, it's not like she hasn't gone in his bedroom lots of times?]
Re: "Cobalt"?
Thank you. That would be really helpful.
My apartment is north of here. Go up the stairs and hang a right. You'll know it when you see it.

[She nods.]

Re: "Cobalt"?
The shards look like metal that's glowing with light. Like this:
[He holds out his hand and a blue shard appears in a flash of light. It's about the size of a pencil case. He offers it to you.]
The weapons are... weapons. Swords. Knives. Shields. Even brooms. If you can use it as a tool, you can use it to fight.
Re: "Cobalt"?
[She takes the shard, and... can she put it in her magic inventory?]
I won't let you down, Cobalt-san. I promise. I'll be right back.
[Either way, she'll be heading off out!
[But she'll give him a wave before she goes.]
Re: "Cobalt"?
[You disappear it into your inventory without trouble. It's very flashy.]
Thank you, Wednesday.
[ North with you! ]
