All the lights are to the south, at the barricade. Intensity and Izanagi went down there but I doubt they'll be able to fix them all on their own before the sun goes down.
North of here is the Power Plant and my apartment, where there's supplies we can use to fight. Hurricane went up there to get them.

When you must hurt someone, try to minimize suffering.
