Well, I'm going to try and help get those lights back on... so I guess where ever I'm needed. His apartment might be a good start, though.

Oh, actually he mentioned a power plant... he said there'd be things like that there, too. I'm not sure if anyone is covering that, so maybe you could go there? We probably need to split up if we want to get everything done in time.
